Was great at first and very reasonable. Also tyey want to charge me to come out and look at it , which woudl not make sense. i also have the extended warranty and total tech .

Otherwise set up was a breeze. May be a good TV but you take chances. Returned and bought a more expensive TV from a known brand. Happy with the replacement.

Speakers are fine for aTV of this size. Too early to tell about durability. Could give it another star if it proves to be durable.

Utterly Disappointed with Best Buy - TV Won't Turn

I purchased a TV just 20 days ago, and to my utter dismay, it has already stopped working—it won’t even turn on. The situation would be bad enough if it stopped there, but it gets worse. After making multiple attempts to contact Best Buy for assistance, I received absolutely no help. I reached out numerous times, hoping for some semblance of customer service, but was met with complete silence. No one from the store or the corporation had the decency to return my calls or emails. Taking my issue to the store in person was a nightmare in itself. The employees were incredibly rude and dismissive, showing a total lack of empathy and professionalism. They refused to help me in any way, and it was evident that they were not trained to handle customer service issues. It felt like I was being punished for their faulty product and their incompetence. Best Buy, you have lost a loyal customer. Your service is abysmal, and your staff is inadequately trained to handle basic customer service queries. I will make sure to share my experience with everyone I know and on every platform possible to warn others of the terrible service and unreliable products you offer. DO NOT BUY FROM BEST BUY.
