To the only other comment. Its the operating system on you television. You can go out buy a google chromecast and it will be much faster. I have an apple 4k on 32” stupid Sony Bravia and its faster than any tv or streaming device and its not my internet speed. It dose everything fast.

This TV works worse than my 11 year old TV that I replaced it with. I have never owned a worse tv. Unfortunately I bought it open box so I can't even do a refund. It lags with every remote button pushed. The sound lags and doesn't match the mouth moving. The background music in movies lags. The TV is constantly buffering movies (my last TV didn't and my phones don't so it's not the Internet.) please spend a few extra bucks and get a better TV. This will literally be the worst tv you own. Check out the reddit and YouTube videos made about the lag of this TV.

Great picture when it works

After just over a year, started having problemss turning power on, had to unplug for 60 seconds and reboot regularly. Menu is clunky and slow to respond. There is now a two unch wide vertical line in the middle of my screen and an annoying flicker. You get what you pay for. Hisense is garbage.

Broke within 1 month.

TV was delivered on schedule. However, I did not try to set it up until a month later as I was house-sitting a relative's place while they were out of town (three burglaries on their street in the last month). When I powered it on for the first time, with the plastic protector screen and everything still on, I saw it has a crack which is causing horizontal lines and makes it unviewable. It's now out of warranty. Either the delivery service was too rough with it and/or the TV is extremely fragile. I hope there can be some resolution as I was looking forward to enjoying this TV.

Worst customer service ever

So, I unpacked the TV and installed the stand legs (on a carpet). When I turned on tv, the entire left side was full of vertical lines. I repacked TV and went back to Spring Meadows store. The store manager said that the way I took the TV out of the box cracked the screen and since I had damaged the TV, I was ineligible for a refund. If merely taking it out of the box could damage the screen, there should have been a warning on the box. My last purchase at Best Buy

Picture quality was good but it would not allow me to download a lot of apps such as Spectrum TV, ABC, NBC and others. At one point I was able to cast from my phone to the TV so that I could stream the Spectrum app by casting it but then that stopped working all together.

1st TV gone after approx. 18 mos.
Replacement gone after 6.5 mos.
BB says to call manufacturer still under 12 mo. warranty.
BB no good they know this brand has short life but continue to sell it. Need to shop elsewhere and buy better brand of TV.
