    I think this is a good tv for the money. All of the apps work well and the color is great! I did have a problem with the screen going bad within the 1 year warrenty but Hisense took care of me within 2 weeks and sent a replacement t.v. out to me. Hisense was very easy to deal with as I did have the receipts from Best Buy. I would recommend this brand.

    Everything I wanted and needed. This TV is awesome the color the sound everything I love Hisense not surprised since they are affiliated with Sharp and Sharp is the brand I love to buy.

    I can't get the Google assistant to work in the tv. But tv android is pretty good but I wish the Google assistant would it work that's why I only give 3 stars

    Bought four of these from BestBuy to use on a video wall. The bezel on two sides and the top is quite thin/narrow. Placed two of them upside down for a 2x2 configuration. Works great, and saved me a lot of money.

    I bought the TV online for my business. picked it up at the store. I was waiting on the wall to be fixed to set it up. The box was had no sign of damage. When the wall was fixed at my business I opened the box and the screen was cracked despite the plastic being intact. This means the TV was cracked before the plastic was put on. I had a two-year warranty. I brought back the TV to Best Buy, They refused it. The manufacturer refused it too. I’m a small business and this expense was big and now I have no TV and I lost the money. It’s unfair from both companies.

    This HiSense 43" TV, # 43H5500G is a 2020 model and features 2 HDMI and 2 USB ports. WiFi is limited to 2.4Ghz, this TV will not work on the 5ghz band. The USB ports are 2.0, not 3.0. It came with the Android 9.0 operating system, 4 GB internal storage, and 1 GB ram running off a Coretex A53 quad-core CPU from the app called AIDA64.. The unit is very slow to respond to commands from the remote control, at times, everything freezes up and I have to wait for the TV to respond. The picture and sound quality are very good. The voice remote works well and needs to be set up via Bluetooth to use the voice feature, doesn't work automatically out of the box. The remote has every feature and is much better than more expensive brands., The initial setup was very bad as the unit froze during a system update and froze several times getting to the main screen. Connecting this unit to a soundbar is fine, just don't connect it via Bluetooth as the audio will be choppy and delayed. If you are going to use a Fire Stick or Roku, then this TV is fine, don't bother with the internal smart android interface, it's really bad. Perhaps a system update will fix the above issues or update Android to a newer version.

    Very good for the money, good picture quality and easy to use. This is an entry level TV; do not be cheap and then expect it to perform like a top level LG OLED TV.

    I love this TV the button selections make it very easy to change between apps. I do have an issue whenever I turn off and unplug the TV to change its placement, it’ll stop responding to the remote after its been turned on again. It will also lag out and sometimes the volume gets weird and is super low so I have to turn it all the way up to max volume just to hear it. After unplugging it and waiting 10 seconds to plug it back in, it starts to work normally
