Good picture though and good sound quality for the price. Speech software Very challenging to use. For summer price you’ll be better off buying a Roku cell TV than the android series

Please perform a factory reset on the television by going to Settings>Device Preferences>Reset. The television will then shut off and after coming back on will prompt you to set up the TV like when it was just out of box. The picture was ok but the sound was awful. The plus was it had HBOMAX installed, which is originally why I purchased it. Tv is fine for a first time buy or for your kids room. I switched it for a samsung crystal 8 series.

Hisense 43” Android TV

The TVs processor is so slow it took forever to load an app. Then it started “timing out” when trying to load an app and would just revert back to the home page...sometimes it would take up to 30 minutes to get an app/program to load. Well now the thing won’t even load the home page. When we turn it on a blue screen appears and that’s it... If I could give this thing less than one star I would! And shame on Best Buy for selling it!
