Picture and sound is pretty good but using the smart tv is surprisingly slow. All of my other TVs do not have a problem. I’m not expecting a lot at this price point but this should have been better.

The picture was ok but the sound was awful. The plus was it had HBOMAX installed, which is originally why I purchased it. Tv is fine for a first time buy or for your kids room. I switched it for a samsung crystal 8 series.

The TVs processor is so slow it took forever to load an app. Then it started “timing out” when trying to load an app and would just revert back to the home page...sometimes it would take up to 30 minutes to get an app/program to load. Well now the thing won’t even load the home page. When we turn it on a blue screen appears and that’s it... If I could give this thing less than one star I would! And shame on Best Buy for selling it!
