I call the tech and he said to turn apps before regular TV. I did but it keep doing it. I guess I have to live with this because the 14 days return is up! Otherwise it play fine.

Please perform a factory reset on the television by going to Settings>Device Preferences>Reset. The television will then shut off and after coming back on will prompt you to set up the TV like when it was just out of box. Started about 2 months after purchase. I guess it was ok for the price but I wish I could return it. My other TVs (also bought this year) are much better quality, same price range.
