I bought this TV because I previously owned a Hisense h65 model and loved it. I accidentally broke it so I went out and tried to get the same TV. When I went to Best buy the only model they had was the h55. No matter what I do the Google Assistant voice feature will not work. Also the settings button will not go to the settings menu. I've tried doing factory reset on the whole TV nothing was changed. I can't use some features of the TV. Because while I'm inside an app the settings button doesn't work. I'm extremely upset and frustrated

This TV is my 3rd hisense TV that I’ve purchased over the past few years. I’ve typically been impressed with everything about Hisense TV’s but this one will not stay connected to my home WiFi. Very annoying to say the least.

Tv freezes on certain apps. Takes a little while for the tv to warm up before the picture is clear. Bought the android tv assuming I could download my Cable app, but couldn't. Very disappointed with that.

I am facing lot of issues in last couple of months. It doesn't work properly. Processor is quite slow. It automatically switch off. Not able to switch the channels.
Feels like we wasted money in buying this. When we bought we observerd some issues but we thought let's continue with this with assuming our internet might have issue but lately its tv issue
