Very poor quality tv

It doesn't work properly. Processor is quite slow. It automatically switch off. Not able to switch the channels. Feels like we wasted money in buying this. When we bought we observerd some issues but we thought let's continue with this with assuming our internet might have issue but lately its tv issue

I am currently using a Firestick instead as it was getting pretty frustrating waiting for things to load.

Bamboozled by a salesperson

Don't waste your money!!!

The response time when i push the buttons are awful. I have never been able to sucessfully use the voice command feature. I only purchased this tv because i have all android products and i wanted the compatibilty to be seamless. But i wish i just would have purchased a roku tv instead. Too bad i cant return it.

My Experience

It would lag a lot i changed tvs not even after a few months because we couldn’t watch tv without it changing on its own or just freezing. After a few attempts to disconnect and restarting the tv it still wouldn’t work.

Faulty television

I had been enjoying this television until this week. There’s something going on with it. When I’m watching regular cable television, it will switch to the apps all by itself. I need to return the television and get something different. I’m out of town for the holiday and will rerun on Monday. I will bring the television back then. Customer service was excellent. I just have a faulty television.

Surprisingly great quality
