Please perform a factory reset on the television by going to Settings>Device Preferences>Reset. The television will then shut off and after coming back on will prompt you to set up the TV like when it was just out of box.     very nice tv, was hard to get whitelisted at my son's group home, but thats not the tv's fault. we also had to add a wifi extender.

    Remote malfunctioning less than 30 days , also tv kicks us out of all apps and puts us back on the home menu over and over and over (even when remote not powered on) I just paid hundreds of dollars to own a garbage tv for 30 days and I can’t return it

    The processor power of this thing is on par with a calculator watch....Not worth it. I love Android but this has to have at least tripple the RAM and a better processor to not run EXTREMELY slow. Not worth it. Throw a few more bucks at an LG.

    Out of the box the tv was just garbage. It looked nice but it kept crashing and opening apps on it's own. It also took 10 seconds or longer for it to respond to buttons pushed on the remote. I returned it 1 day later.

    Needs a better brain.

    Not one of our best purchases. We solely stream on this TV and it buffers quite a bit. The mesh is less than 15 feet away, so my only assumption is that it’s the TVs weak reception of the signal. Sometimes it loses its mind and we have to disconnect power to let it “reset”. Not a fan.
