Lag time is bad under powered processor to many bugs had to return got a hisense roku no problems at all so far .. that andoid tv is constantly searching even if you clean cache and turn off updates

I came into Best Buy looking to purchase a Samsung, because I’ve purchased many Samsung TVs and never was disappointed. The gentleman helping me was adamant on buying this product instead, because he claimed it’s the same quality for less money. The first two weeks having it, it was fine. Not the greatest of quality, not the poorest. After two weeks...now I have constant flickering in the background, it makes everything unwatchable. I dig deeper into Hisense tvs to find out many people have the same problem and that there’s no options to fix this without having a repair person do this. I’m severely dissapointed and will be returning this tv. Makes me not trust Best Buy’s judgement. Will not be buying products from Best Buy. Seems the salesmen get paid more for selling low quality products.

his tv is a piece of crap dont waste your money. It lags alot remote does not work well tv always freezes. called hisense they promised to send someone to change the board and of course that never happened

I would give it no stars .... I hate this tv ... it is so hard to press the the remote. Turning on and off and just facilitating through it. It pauses so much and turns off!! I wish I could return it
