Even the price was excellent! But there is one flaw that makes this TV hard to recommend: lag. There is a 1 to 4 second delay between any button being pressed on the remote and the action being taken on the screen. This makes it annoying to use any of the menus or apps, which is rather important to a modern TV.

She loves it, its easy for her to use and the quality is great. Its a new brand, so we are hoping it will last for a while. It was the only TV I could find in that size with Bluetooth, which is the only reason I purchased it.

Also have to unplug and replug the tv in to get it to start responding again.

Once you get to the app or input channel the picture is great and sound is good.

I was a bit surprised that it does not have switches on the back to control functions (volume, channels, etc. etc.) Everything is controlled with the remote. Nonetheless. the I rarely use those switches on my other TV's so guess they are not really necessary. Omitting them allows for lower cost of the TV which is a benefit too.

Couldn't set up with Alexa

(My only criteria were 43", Android, and Alexa.) I went through several channels to get it set up, and 10 days later, even after trying several avenues for help (including getting no response from Hisense's own crew and a valiant but ultimately futile attempt from Best Buy's own Geek Squad), I can't hook it up. All of the instructions I get are for a menu system that's different from the one that's actually on the TV. If not for that tangle, I'd call this a great TV; I have a smaller version very like this one, and both have great picture, great sound, and great reception as far as I'm concerned. It's just that the listing is wrong about it working with Alexa. (It could be that something from an earlier model was put into this machine. I'm not sure whether that would make the matter better or worse.) This is definitely going back for an exchange.
