    We have had NOTHING but trouble with this TV! We are in constant contact with Hisense , but their Service requires you to wait (just like the cable co) for parts/fix the TV set yourself ! The solution - wait for them to send a box/replace the TV but we want NO part of this Manufacturer/TV. BB does not STAND behind their SALES. Your 14 day return policy/window is NOT fair or enough time for the consumer .

    The TV is not impressive. It constantly changes from HDMI/TV more to the streaming services menu. I’ve researched and find this is a common defect. Next time I would spend more money and get a different brand.

    This tv is extremely slow. I would not recommend buying it. We returned the tv within 2 weeks.

    First one had dead pixels, so I returned it. Second one had dead pixels also. Will keep just for the sake of not dealing with another in-store return.

    Absolutely horrible. The picture is OK but the remote half works it never pulls up the correct apps. It won’t play the apps when they do pull up

    This TV would randomly switch from cable to the apps and then you would have to wait approximately 5 minutes after you hard booted the TV. Returned for a much better product. HISENSE makes no sense.

    The jury is still out! While watching TV the apps will appear. I was sent a new remote which helped for a couple of days. I am waiting on resolution now.

Please perform a factory reset on the television by going to Settings>Device Preferences>Reset. The television will then shut off and after coming back on will prompt you to set up the TV like when it was just out of box.     Cheap, not worth it. I regret this purchase. Should have spent the extra $100 on the next tier. I don't know what's technically wrong with it, but there's a disconnect between the apps/OS, it's compute power, or something else...but this thing struggles to perform. And by perform, I mean stream Youtube and YouTube TV through Android TV and through an HDMI Chromecast (Gen 2). 300MB down internet connection, next to the router. Not a bandwidth issue. Then, most recently, it stops playing stuff...and returns to the home screen.

    I know I didnt pay much for the as TV but the sound is terrible. And it keeps on switching back to the home screen when I'm watching comcast
