I have only had this tv for a month and at first it worked great for some reason now it’s slow , not responsive at all , and when I finally get a show to play after minutes of struggling it decides to go back to the Home Screen and the same process happens again . When I do get shows to play it freezes I would honestly say spend a little more money I would totally return this but I don’t have the box anymore and I don’t know if I can return it with out the box .

This customer is deeply disappointed with the 43" Hisense TV. The picture is poorly defined and overly bright. In addition, it is not clear. Initially, the brightness was overwhelming. Unfortunately, I did not unbox it soon enough to return it. I have been informed the TV is not broken. Therefore it is simply a poor quality product that I am stuck with.

Needs more HDMI inputs. Salesperson did not advise just that he assumed my current tv’s ports were too old and worn out so I got this one but it has less ports and I can’t plug in all my devices.
Also, the input changes constantly for no reason. It’s extremely annoying.
