DO NOT PURCHASE THIS TV.
Main problem I have is that it’s been slow and laggy ever since I bought it. I previously had a Roku and I miss it so much. Everyday I want to hurl the remote control at this tv. Pathetic excuse for a smart tv. I hate it. Seriously don’t buy this!!!!

I have never returned a tv in my 64 years. This is the worst tv ever. You name it, it’s wrong with it! Goes black in the middle of movie, remote horrible, picture is so low grade, shuts off for no reason, etc etc.

I was told you could download apps from google play store but you cannot even download the Spectrum app. I had to buy a Roku to make the TV work for me. So I ended up spending more then if i had just bought a Roku TV from Amazon.

Infuriating Experience

The experience I have had with this tv is horrific. It spontaneously turns off when I’m watching something, is extremely slow, and now just cuts off of anything I’m viewing and switches to YouTube so I can’t watch anything. It’s infuriating.

Returned it after 2 days. Picture was not as good of quality as my 15 year old tv. And the speakers sounded like it was coming out of a tin can. Constanly lagging too
