I wanted to return this in July and you only have 15 days to return it. How would you know if there were problems in 15 days...especially if you are not an avid tv watcher. The remote quit working even though it has new batteries in it.

The TV works as expected, the image is clear, and the sound is pretty good. I've seen some comments complaining about it, but personally, it sounds fine to me. I like that you can connect your headphones to it because now I can watch it at night without disturbing anyone. Overall is a great TV for a great price so I recommend it.

Paired up with my Google account on my phone and started asking if I wanted to load my apps. I didn't have to search for passwords because they were already on my phone! Already had an upgrade waiting and installed it very quickly. Best Christmas gift ever!

My only gripe is that the menu runs kind of slow. Other than than, it has everything you may need is a smart TV. Within the first month of owning, the original remote stopped working and after talking with customer support, they sent me a brand new remote free of charge. Very helpful!

They were east to install due to being lightweight and the Android OS was easy to configure with an additional app for the menu. They have been running 10+ hours a day since purchase and still work great. BTW, Android OS has an energy setting feature that easily turns on and off the display so that it only is on during business hours.

They last long and the color quality is great for the price. I was dumb to buy a LG tv that has terrible color quality and question why I bought it. When I needed to replace the kitchen tv and I went back to Hisense.
