    The processor of Hisense TV is not great. If you add too many application on the TV. It gets slow from time to time. I sold mine and now using Sony TV.

    The good... It's cheap, it's light, and it's bright. That's about it. The bad... It's an Android TV and they have a long way to go before they work the bugs out. I can't speak to other Hisense models but this one has a problem with the remote (or the TV's response to the remote) getting progressively slower until it stops responding altogether. The fix is to unplug the set and let it sit for a minute. The fact that I've now had to do this several times a month is one indication of how little Hisense cares about the consumer, the fact that the software hasn't been updated since February is another. Do as you wish, but in my opinion, there are better manufacturers and better operating systems available for you to spend your money on.

    FIRST TIME getting this brand TV to try cuz it was a good deal, it looks nice physically not the BEST image or sound, sounds hollow if you can kind of make sense of what I mean, image is okay, the description says smart TV “voice control” with “voice remote” Does NOT work tried figuring it out, Couldn’t.. it has a lag when using the remote. Had the tv for a month now and it started glitching out for example if your watching Netflix it will switch to cable tv on its own and vise versa. Consider getting the coverage INCASE cuz I’m going to be making an exchange or something. So OVERALL it’s an OK Tv

Please perform a factory reset on the television by going to Settings>Device Preferences>Reset. The television will then shut off and after coming back on will prompt you to set up the TV like when it was just out of box.     Slow response time. Good pictures. I would not recommend this tv. Thankfully it’s only for a spare bedroom because if it was an everyday tv I would have returned it.
