Please perform a factory reset on the television by going to Settings>Device Preferences>Reset. The television will then shut off and after coming back on will prompt you to set up the TV like when it was just out of box. Since they don't allow the residence to mingle in the social rooms with the larger TVs. This makes up for the standard one that is in his room

The legs of the TV stand were short enough that a separate TV stand was not required. Also, you can watch TV without buying a cable TV service.

It will switch on its own. Volume is either loud or low, it's like there is no in between. Most of the stores were out of TV's and this was pretty much the only stock in the store, except for the $900+ TV's. There aren't any manual buttons for power, channel, or volume...so if your remote goes out, you're basically out of luck.

When you are watching a movie or a show the volume becomes very loud if there is music playing or if there is an action scene. So naturally you need to turn the tv down and then you can’t hear the rest of the program! SMH

Good TV if you don't need 4K

Means - a lot of apps and features. This TV is in a nice frame (you don't see it when is off), a very nice design for this price. Recommend.

You have multiple apps to used and ready for you right away. Picture quality looks great in 4K. Super clear resolution.

The colors are pretty accurate when set to PC mode and game mode reduces latency if you are a gamer which is what I use personally. The sound, however, is awful on this tv for my use case scenario. The speaker is made for reverberating around a larger room and without that it sounds like everything is in a paper bag, too loud, and peaky. Ended up just using my old flat screen from literally a decade ago with front facing speakers as a sound bar mounted above it and the difference is night and day.
