Horrible worst tv ever

Major dissapointment.

I got sold a used tv. I tried to call many times, but no one at the Clarksville location would answer the phone. I called the corporate number to complain and they said I had to contact the store to get my problem fixed. The problem was, nobody would answer the phone to even speak with me. I am extremely disappointed with the television I purchased. I got a small discount for the box being opened, but that is completely different from having purchased a used tv. The television was returned to you and your company put tape back on it and put it on the floor to sell. Nobody checked to make sure it worked or was used.

Not Recommended.

It keeps switching input automatically which is very annoying. Wish I could return it. Don't waste your money buying this TV. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

Think twice before buying this tv

I just wish it would work better... thinking of taking it back

Great customer service

The user has to figure out what they want you to do to set this TV up... once you set it up you still can't figure out how to use the TV. I've set up 4 Firesticks on TV's in our home with little or no experience on how to do this and they all work fabulously. This TV has 3 channels, you need to use your cell phone for many things, and the instruction booklet is useless. After two hours of trying to use this TV we unplugged it and will be calling Best Buy to try to return it if we can get them on the phone....that's another issue.

You probably don’t want to buy this

It was struggling staying connected to her WiFi and randomly switches to Netflix she she’s on another streaming service.
