Poor Quality..Do NOT purchase!

It shuts off by itself and abruptly switches from TV mode to app mode. Picture quality is mediocre and sound is tinny. Do NOT buy this brand...pure garbage. You get what you pay for...poorly built and looks cheap. I am surprised Best Buy carries this brand. Avoid purchasing Hisense and look for a reliable brand.

This is not a typical issue with our units and we apologize for the inconvenience caused. Please perform a factory reset on the television by going to Settings>Device Preferences>Reset. The television will then shut off and after coming back on will prompt you to set up the TV like when it was just out of box. Not a Smart TV

Well it is not really smart, it has applications that work there, but nowadays to be a smart device it also needs to be compatible with other devices. I called them to get support but they refused any support that is with other Apps compatibility, they directed me to Nest and Google. Unacceptable for a device that is advertised as Smart.
