    Bought this TV less than a year ago, and it sucks. After 3 months it started to lag. Press a button and the action takes like 2 minutes. The picture quality is also not that great. We bought this tv for my son to game on. In retrospect this was a terrible purchase.

    This is the first television I have returned. Everything about it was of poor quality. Sound was awful, picture was just OK, and OS and apps were miserable. You get what you pay for with this TV!! On the other hand, returning it was no problem at all. Best Buy refunded me with no issues.

    The controller response is really slow, the Internet connection keeps going off and on and also the google assistant does not work. For example if I press the volume button ten seconds later the volume goes up or sometimes the tv turns on by itself.

    Bought a tv at best buy's online website. It was supposed to be new. When I received it, the screen was broken and it was an open box tv, which means it had been open or used before. Went to the store to return it. Had to wait for the new tv to arrive to my home.

    TV is okay if you're watching your cable box it flips back to the last app you were using constantly I've called the manufacturer they be placed aboard their work for 2 days it went back on Flipping back over to the laptop be with using not a really great TV

    I really do not like this TV, poor quality it flips to homescreen when your watching cable or one of the streaming channels. Picture quality sucks. I wanted to return this crappy TV but my date to return it passed by a week. Do not buy its a waste of money.

    Bought two of these TV's and taking them both back. Worst TV I have ever owned. Literally takes 5 minutes to turn on get to the main menu. About 15-30 seconds to bring up the guide and change a channel in Hulu.

    Don’t waist your money tv lasted 3 weeks

    Tv stopped working after few weeks, screen is frozen the only way to turn the tv on and of is whit the button on the bottom of the tv when turn of you can still se the glow or silhouette of the main screen

    Very disappointed. It is very slow at hooking up to different networks. Will not connect to devices to Bluetooth. Very difficult to use

    Do not buy this tv or this brand. Worst tv purchase ever. Had this for a couple of months and the tv suddenly shuts off and wont turn on again

    Four or five times per day, the TV would switch to the home screen while watching over-the-air channels on the digital tuner. I returned the item.

    Waaaayyyy underpowered

    Unbelievably slow and laggy. It takes 10-20 seconds to respond to a single button press from the remote. Apps crash regularly. Randomly switches from hdmi input to home screen in the middle of a game. Picture is fine I guess, except for some strobing on still images.

    Terrible purchase. Bought this for a smaller tv for movie nights for my kids, seemed modestly priced, reviews looked good. This TV started off great for about 6 months, used maybe once a month, and then suddenly slowed way down. To the point that I cannot select anything on the screen, and there’s no way to reset this to try and get it functioning again. At this point, I have a glorified monitor. But I can’t even use it for that, as I cannot hit the input button without the TV lagging for literally 2 minutes straight, and then restarting itself. Terrible product.

    I bought this tv a few months ago after a Best Buy employee highly recommended it to me in store. I already have an LG smart tv that I love and have never had any problems with, though the employee convinced me that this tv was just as good and for a better price. To say the least, I have never hated an electronic more than this television. I have never written a review for anything in my life, but at this point I am raging at the fact that I spent so much money on this tv that I hate with a burning passion. Problems with the TV: -The lag is unreal; takes forever to turn on, process any function/ have the function show up on the tv (turn up volume but the volume wont appear on the tv for way too many seconds, so you're blindly pressing the up and down arrow while its slowly turning up and down the volume with a lag before the numbers show up on the screen) -Some of the remote buttons just randomly will not work then will work again at a different time. -Nothing loads. Testing this out, my TV is hooked up to my wifi, says full connection and no issue. I have the same wifi set up on every device I own, no problem streaming anything on those. The TV will not load a single streaming service currently, which makes it completely useless to me and I have no reason to believe it is my internet as every other device (including my lovely, unproblematic LG) streams wonderfully. That was my rant. If anyone is questioning whether or not to buy this Hisense TV, just don’t.

    Many nice features but the picture quality was horrible. I’ve never returned a tv before but I had to return it because the picture was so bad. Upgraded to the TLC 43” series 5 Roku enabled TV. It was more money but it was worth it.
