    Freezes constantly and takes forever to load. Will automatically log off apps and the remote doesn't always work. Ended up being a terrible purchase.

    It was okay but the picture was not as clear as we thought it would be. We decided to upgrade to a bigger 4k version and the picture was much better. Taking this one back since the second purchase was much better.

    easy peasy to order. looked at alot of options on purchase of tv. Wanted a smart tv and lied the reviews of this one. Like the options and since we have the tv it swithches on its own to netflixs. just have to hit tv button and it goes back yo channel you were watching. Buttons on remote are nice size and will probly loook at a samung tv next time.
