Freezing/Not Powering On

I gave it a chance seeing as it was just out the box and probably needed time to adjust. It’s only gotten worse over the past month and now it will not be power on after being frozen for hours. This android version is no good (in my experience) but the roku version works perfectly fine.

No bass in tv!

Bad TV, Best Buy won’t make it right.

It’s defective and Best Buy won’t take it back after only 2 weeks from when we bought it. It will randomly shut itself off or change inputs. The remote interferes with everything in the house. Do not recommend and definitely do not recommend buying anything from Best Buy again.

Please perform a factory reset on the television by going to Settings>Device Preferences>Reset. The television will then shut off and after coming back on will prompt you to set up the TV like when it was just out of box. Product okay, Managment was terrible

The service that I received with the pick up service was TERRIBLE!!!! The manager Brian’s behavior was unacceptable! He was very unwilling to help & rude! Waited a hour for the “system to update”! Will never buy from this location again!

Hate it
