I installed this 43" Hisense Smart TV in my kitchen. The clarity of it is awesome. That said there is a little lag when powering up and changing channels, but not a game changer. All things considered it is a great deal for the price.

The only redeeming thing about this TV is the form factor. The bevel is small and the TV itself looks nice. The screen is okay, the speakers internal speakers are sub par and the Android software is horrible. This is the slowest smart TV I have ever encountered. It often takes over a minute for an app to open, if it manages to open at all. Apps are crashing constantly. The home screen is not at all intuitive and is incredibly sluggish. Not worth it all. Avoid.

Bought it open box, was in great shape. Picture is great for a cheaper name brand. Got it home and they didn’t give me the remote. I went back and tgey got me 1 no questions asked.

My old monitor was getting odd little white streaks all over the picture. So I bought a new one, and what an improvement!. Next time I will not wait so long to upgrade. I love Samsung!

Needed a smart tv for our daughter home from college. Has been great up until yesterday when it became unresponsive and would not turn on. Had to unplug power and plug back in then it worked fine. Not sure what that’s all about.

Tv gave me issues from the start. First day I had it, it wanted to auto shut-off every 10 minutes. I checked all the timers and they were off.
A week later everything started to crash and lag. Netflix and Prime video titles would stutter and play in really low pixelated quality (not my internet connection, I have download speeds of 150+ Mbs/s) TV would need to be shut off and restarted to work properly.
Week after that, the TV would start to randomly display screen in photo negative colors. In that same week I discovered that the built in Chromecast did not function. Tried to cast from 4 Android phones, 1 Android tablet and 2 iPhones, nothing would cast. I guess the wrong Chromecast version was pre-installed because the play store prompted me to download it again. After that it worked.
Starting this past Friday (7/24/2020) the TV would crash and not respond to anything, not the button on the actual set or anything on the remote. It has to be unplugged from the outlet in order for it to turn back on!
It's a shame I can't return this anymore. Absolutely frustrating experience. Wish I had bought another LG, had 2 sets and neither ever gave me an issue.

at $240 i did not expect much but I received even less. This TV just freezes then reboots itself. If it does not reboot you have to unplug it to reset it. navigating the menus is painfully laggy. Picture quality and sound is not bad. just wish it would stay on long enough to enjoy it. I seem to be resetting, rebooting or reselecting channels more than I actually get to watch it. going to return it.

For the price this is a great TV for casual use. This TV is used in my bedroom where a/v performance is not top of mind. The user experience is hampered with issues that make me give it a lower rating. Buggy stuff like the picture setting automatically changing while I'm watching something, the OS resetting occasionally, and some other Google related snags that have made the experience frustrating. I expected the opposite since I've been using Android for a decade now.

I bought this tv for the bedroom as it wasn’t to big or small. Upon unboxing the quality seemed to be built well took it out of the box set up was easy. Tv picture was decent for a cheap 4K. Then the problem stared the speakers are the worst thing about this tv. The sound quality is subpar to say the least. I returned the tv to Best Buy and went and bought a Vizio at sams club.
