Picture will do it too some but sound EVERY TIME I try to watch tv. Hisense is not helpful with this known issue. The remote and settings are confusing.

Not to worry we will be more than happy to assist. Please perform a factory reset on the television by going to Settings>Device Preferences>Reset. The television will then shut off and after coming back on will prompt you to set up the TV like when it was just out of box. The employees refunded my money. Both times. So, they are great!!!!! The problems with tv's going wrong, back to back. Makes me not wanna buy from Best Buy again. Hisense is a terrible manufacturer.
