    Worked fine for 3 months then started having issues with software update. Keeps saying there was an error then reboots the tv. This happens over and over. I called Hiscience and the only solution was a master reset. This only helps until you turn off the TV. Once you turn it back on the problem starts all over. I've called best buy and I just get the run around. I was put on hold for an hour for geek squad then got hung up on. The worst experience I've had with a product purchased at best buy. You get what you pay for. If someone from best buy reads this please contact me. I'm still under warranty and just want this defective tv replaced.

    it's all in the title really. a week or two out of the box the tv wont even play crunchyroll for 10 minutes without crashing. really bad hardware in this thing I guess.

    The audio was low but after using this TV I am disappointed I turned in my TV the picture no longer works. I am highly disappointed in this product barley make it to 6 months and now my color is ruined.

    Sad sad sad! Only lasted a year. Of course right after the warranty was up. Even during the year I had it , it would inadvertently shut down. Don't buy Hisense!!

    Great Picture, Terrible Sound

    Purchased this because of its price and ability to run the HBO Max app. Unfortunately I could not get the sound to my liking regardless of how I set the settings. Ultimately I attached a sound bar and now the sound is perfect.
