Keeps saying there was an error then reboots the tv. This happens over and over. I called Hiscience and the only solution was a master reset. This only helps until you turn off the TV. Once you turn it back on the problem starts all over. I've called best buy and I just get the run around. I was put on hold for an hour for geek squad then got hung up on. The worst experience I've had with a product purchased at best buy. You get what you pay for. If someone from best buy reads this please contact me. I'm still under warranty and just want this defective tv replaced.

I am highly disappointed in this product barley make it to 6 months and now my color is ruined.

Great Picture, Terrible Sound

Ultimately I attached a sound bar and now the sound is perfect.
