Please perform a factory reset on the television by going to Settings>Device Preferences>Reset. The television will then shut off and after coming back on will prompt you to set up the TV like when it was just out of box. Poor Picture Quality

It looks like a video game. I had someone come out to adjust it, but it's still not right. I am going to return it and get a Samsung.

Slow

I tought a tv with Dolby Vision will have agreat quality but I was wrong .

Lags and freezes

Do Not Buy

Purchased June 2020, it is now Nov. 2021 and it is dead. Will not turn on, just flashes red. I tried all the recommended fixes but looks like motherboard/powerboard needs to be repaired. Of course it's just outside the 1 year warranty. Even before that though it was acting funny, had to delete almost all the apps to get it to work. This experience completely turned me off to "Smart TVs".

Worst Buy Will Never Get My Business Again

Waited around the entire next day, only to be told my delivery would be delayed. Followed Up three times during the next week, only to be told my order had been cancelled because "I hadn't followed up with them". Next day ordered the same TV from PC Richard and got it the very same day, for less money, and without being treated like dirt. Worst buy will NEVER get my business again.

Save your money for something better

It’s ok for the price

Horrible

They say they have 5000 apps and I guarantee you only 5 of them are worth anything. When you go to download new apps (I downloaded Hulu, Bravo, and Starz) the TV starts to lag and all the apps that came with the TV (I use Netflix, Prime Video, and HBO Max) stop working. This TV has too many glitches. Save your money for something better.
