    After having the TV for only less than 3 months the whole screen has died. I was literally in the middle of watching a video and next thing i know the picture has cut out. The back light was still on and the sound can be heard occasionally while trying to navigate the menu but absolutly no picture. Have tried unplugging and re plugging in the TV and even leaving it unplugged overnight and still no luck.

    Slow to boot. Right after the item became unreturnable at the store the screen started to mess up. The only way to describe it is it's as if your are looking thru red glasses. The skin tones become reddish pink. The only way to fix it is to unplug it and plug it back up again and then just wait for it to happen again. I knew better than to by this off brand junk. TOTAL WASTE OF MIONEY DO NOT BUY

    Video Board Died 3 Months In

    The video board on the TV died three months into owning it. The backlight comes on, the TV even plays a video on its own, but there is no image on the screen, even after unplugging it and letting it sit for hours before retrying. Now it's too late to return it. This was not a great return on my investment. I would not buy this TV again.

    Within 1 week of ownership this TV already had dead pixels. I also bought a hisense 75 inch h8g a little while before this one and had the screen die on me in a couple months. The quality of this company has greatly diminished in the past few years, I would stray away if you want a TV that will last past 6 months.

    I'm going to have to have to see about returning it to get another one because every few hours the picture gets a pink tint to it to where I have to unplug the HDMI and plug it back in.

    This TV is awful!! do yourself a favor and spend double the money for a better TV because this one is trash. The thing will keep crashing apps won’t open up. I’ll be watching Netflix in the middle of a good show and It will just crash just not worth the headache get a Samsung.

    In less than 1 year the picture stopped working. After weeks of forum searches, youtube "fixes", and resets, it's still broken. Google search "Hisense TV black screen with sound" and you'll see just how many of these TVs are breaking. Don't waste your money on this brand.

    Picture Stuck After Only 2 Days

    I purchased this TV last week and has been stuck on the Hisense screen for 2 days. Tried restarting and unplugging with no success. Being a new purchase am going to Best Buy after work to get another brand.

    Bought early June, and now no picture. Make sure to buy a BB warranty, took 3 days for someone from Hisense to call me then took 2 days to have them dispatch the case to have a tech come to see if they can repair. Let’s see how long that will take.

    Poor quality television. Television board went out witihin a year. Not a brand I will ever purchase again. Bestbuy brand Insignia is a much better quality low-end brand. I do not recommend Hisense brand for anything.

    Screen failed just after 1-year warranty ended, after light use and no abuse. No help from Hisense customer service other than telling me to unplug it and plug it back in.

    Terrible audio

    Video is good, the audio is horrible. Keeps auto switching audio settings while watching shows (it shows the new audio setting in the top right corner when it happens)
