Customers appreciate the convenience of the Android TV platform and find the setup process fairly easy. However, some users have expressed concerns about the remote control taking some time to get used to, occasional freezing, and slow response when trying to rewind or fast-forward content.

The laggy menu killed it
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I seriously returned this sad Andriod attempt of an OS TV back due to the lag. Doing the most simple volume and source inputs would lag let alone the “smart” features. The TV contrast is too “good” feel like it will wear out after a year. I don’t know, returned this crap after 2 weeks of use. Get a Samsung instead.

Hisense H6500F: Quick Burnout
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. After about 4.5 years of use, my Hisense 43" Class H6500F Series LED 4K UHD Smart Android TV experienced a backlight failure, leading to its demise. While it initially offered good value and performance, its longevity left much to be desired. I'm giving it one star due to this premature failure, as I expected a longer lifespan from a TV of this caliber.

Don't Cheap Out on TVs
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Best Buy may not sell this model, but it goes in line with HiSense TV's. The picture was solid, but the interface is god awful slow and the apps consistently crash. At times the TV won't even power on without having to unplug it and now after almost two years the tv is dead. Don't buy cheap products. This was a black friday TV, but if you come across this on the used market, it's a hard pass.
