A good TV for the money but seems the picture isn't as clear and crisp and stated but still a great buy. I am satisfied with my TV! I bought the 40" and maybe the bigger the TV screen, the pic get a little off but still I am happy with it so far!

For my sons bedroom. Easy setup and very intuitive remote. Used mainly for XBox one play and built in HDR is very helpful in creating clear and precise picture. Cable channels looks great also. Do not look over when looking at 4K tvs.

The picture is great but the volume is an issue. If you have a fan or an ac working you can’t hear the tv. The speakers are below the tv and it project the sound to the sides.

The tv worked fine for about 4 days then every time I tried to watch something on Netflix or YouTube the tv would spaz out and shut off on me. Returned it and picked up an LG tv

Love this tv! Watch youtube videos on it at night before bed. Only complaint is it's not as fast as my computer. Issues with it not finding my wifi occasionally. Have to unplug/replug to reset it to find my wifi.

The sales man was so informative about the new Hisense brand, and that we could trust it. Really made the sale. As a matter of fact, my boyfriend came with me to pick out a TV for me, and he was so impressed he bought one too.

Comes with 4 HDMI ports and one of the ports ARC capable. This is needed for all new connections. Also it is a smart TV. Has everything I was looking for and at a great price, $350. Have it connected to a Bose soundbar and have not complaints.

Decent picture nothing like higher quilt tv such as samsung but dose get the job done.. plenty of picture quit for the normal person but I am sure that if you wanted you could get close and nitpick flaws in quality

It hasn't been a year yet and this product broke. We bought it in May of 2017. It's got nice colors and the web browser worked well. Then it just gave out.

I bought this TV to watch Netflix in bed. This was the best looking 4k TV on display, even more than Sony or Samsung. I'm familiar with Hisense as a popular Japanese brand and I'm glad to see it coming over here. The warranty is unbeatable!

As above plus having trouble getting the sound bar to sink with the pic. And there is an adjustment for this in the tv tools area It does have a great picture

A good price for a 4K compatible device, however, horrible compatibility issues. Plays only a special format of 4K and has sub-programing that interferes with basic TV programming. Forces you to constantly battle the "Smart TV" if you are simply wanting to utilize the basic function of the TV. Smart features aren't that smart, you are limited to Andriod or pre programed functions and cannot access the internet other than pre-programed apps. It's not compatible with Apple products. It's a 4K outputting device with a learning curve. No online support unless you purchased a Hisense refrigerator by mistake.

The picture and sound are great. The flimsy cheap plastic stands wobble and barely support the tv, you have to brace against something so it does not wobble

Took a chance on hisense. Picture pretty good but rear facing speakers sound hollow. My previous lg better knowing that built in sound not great to begin with.

Extremely easy to set up looks great at the foot of my bed. I don't know what all the hype is about ultura or super HD though, The picture looks just the same as an HDTV even if viewing programs in UHD.

Have these mounted vertically to display movie posters for my theater. They seem to work well but every once in awhile they turn on randomly without me.

Had a another tv and it die but I had insurance after 4years Best Buy said no problems we will get you another one and they did thanks Best Buy

This TV had great color in the St.ore. We purchased this tv for our resort home. It had to be a certain size and height to fit. Worked out perfectly.

Never heard of this tv brand, so we asked lots of questions.they were all answered professionally . Bought tv and then found out another store had a lower price.Best Buy matched and we will be shopping there again.

I had done some research since I hadn't purchased a TV in quite a while and found that the Hisense was a top rated TV for the size I was looking for. It happened to be on sale at Best Buy so I went for it.
