Just purchased this tv today. After setting it up and using it, it's a nice tv but the App Store is a HUGE disappointment. We choose this tv, after a Best Buy employee told us we would be able to add HBO Now, Spotify and Hulu, even if they're not in the App Store. He was incorrect in telling us that, and now we are debating returning it. We would have to buy a seperate Chrome Cast to use those apps. For the price of this tv, I should be able to use them already! Very frustrated and unhappy with this purchase. If you rely on any of those apps, go with a different brand. Otherwise, easy to use and good picture quality for the price.

I recently purchased this TV for a secondary room in the house. The picture looked great for the price and was less expensive than most of the name brand TVs we are accustomed to. We decided to give HISENSE a try. After being mounted for only 4 hours I lost the picture. I only get random vertical color lines running the height of the TV. Because we did not install the TV immediately Best Buy customer service said we had to go through manufacturers warranty service. Seems silly for a 4 hour old TV. Hisense warranty tech is scheduled for in home service today. I will update review after service but as it stands now we may have been better off paying a few extra bucks for the more trusted brands.

Very poor if used for a PC

It has a strange problem where if you alt+tab between 4K and some other resolution, like 1080p you'll get TV snow instead of your application or game. It takes a lot of extra alt+tabbing to get your image back. It also will sometimes flash all green, or all blue in the middle of a television broadcast, but unlike the TV snow I can't be sure that problem isn't coming from the DirecTV box, because I don't watch a lot of TV.

I purchased this TV on Sunday because of the features and reviews it had received. It worked perfectly Sunday night and Monday. This morning it has sound but no picture. I'll take it back to Best Buy today. It comes with a 4 year warranty so I'll give it one more chance. I'm going to click yes for now but look for the next review of the replacement TV.

I purchased this TV for my son for Christmas. After setup, we noticed two dark shadowy circles on the left side of the screen. I called to notify that I would need this replaced but there were no more in stock so I was told to return it for a refund. I got an incredible price on it before Christmas so I wanted to exchange, not return. I called Hisense and they told me that it wasn't under warranty because it was damage from transportation. I looked online at other reviews and found three other purchasers who had the same black shadowy circles on the left side of the screen. I seems pretty coincidental that it's the same defect and it's highly unlikely that the same exact damage would occur during transport that would make the same exact defect. In my opinion, it's a product defect. I was asked to take a picture and upload it to Hisense, which I did. It's been a week and I haven't heard anything from them. My only option is to return it. Hisense is trying to introduce their brand into our American market and is not standing behind the product. Good luck. They might be getting some high reviews now but I will stand clear of purchasing this brand again.

1. not capable of displaying 4k 60 fps, I got only 30 fps so far
2. Any view cast app, not working with on my android Samsung Note 4
3. pic quality ok for a 1080p but not for a 4K tv
Overall mediocre product, ruined my appetite for any 4K for a wile, will stick with my Panasonic 1080P for a wile for quality videos.

Worked great for app. two hours, then it went dead. With a little work, I found that all four HDMI inputs had died. We watched through A/V in 480 tonight and this clunker goes back to Best Buy tomorrow.

Don't buy Hisense

As soon as the manufacturer warranty ended - literally 2 years and a month later - half the tv went dark. Hisense would not honor the warranty or give any kind of price break on the repair, which cost $187. Their customer service told me they would review the case and contact me, which they never did. I went through the process multiple times with no resolution. Terrible product, awful software and lousy customer service.

My TV is 2 months old only 1 HDMI port is working and it keeps on freezing and I need to reset it every day. Did not keep the slip so I can't return it. DONT WAST YOUR MONEY
