This TV is a great bargain per the price. It has a crisp, clear screen and is the perfect size for my den. The only reason I didn’t give it a “5” star rating is the a couple times it has stopped in the middle of viewing and apparently is spooling. I am not sure if it has a to do with memory.

I purchased this TV on May 16 and on July 16, the TV screen stopped working. I called Best Buy, they said they only honor the purchase for 15 days. I called the manufacturers and had to wait 24-48 hours for a call back. Two days later they called me and asked me to email pictures of the tag on the back and the tv problem. I did that as I was speaking with them. Then they said another 24-48 hours I’ll receive follow up. Four days later I received an email asking for a video, which I sent. Two days later I received an email in how to pack the tv to return to them. Two days later I received a call saying someone would call me to schedule time to come to my house and fix the tv. The tv is poor quality, customer service is poor quality.

Bought my daughter her first TV for her room. She was so excited. Her mother and I got it set it up and even commented that Hisense seems to have come a long way with their quality. Plugged it in ane turned it on. Half the screen completely dead. Daughter’s day ruined.
