Software update entered an endless cycle which was easily fixed by plugging into a WIFI extender(powerline).

It could be something other than the TV but we never experienced it with our previous TV. We are going to have someone come look at it for us and see what he can do to fix this irritating problem.

Sound randomly goes out. Idk why but normally it involves me getting behind the tv and having to unplug for 10 secs, then restarting it hiwever there’s this huge white screen that shines at you that sucks lol

You can always buy a better TV but for the money, this suites my needs. Its easy to navigate and has a lot of available streaming services available.
