User error; mine. Part of the issue with Smart TV’s is it wants to monetize my use. The Roku part is exhaustive. And the controls are tedious to use. NO numbers on the hand remote is insane. You can get an app to do it from the iPhone which doesn’t have numbers either? Don’t bother! I usually use an antenna but changing channels is one at a time! I can’t put in 13 or 7 or 4.1 I have to press up or down. Sad!
