i tried to return it on the last day of return period. best buy screwed up, and didn't handle it as they should have. it's still never been used. i decided i didn't want roku after purchasing. they should return my money. i tried to return it while still in return period. i made notes in the chat on best buy, and called management, but no one took care of it. they should refund all of my money, since they screwed up. it's still never been used, and i don't want roku right now.

I was a bit hesitant to get it, since I didn’t know about the brand, but so far I’m really happy I got it, I love that I can connect my iPhone to the tv without having to buy an extra device or subscription.

The TV performs as advertised. The colors are warm and rich and I am impressed with the build quality of this product. The price was excellent compared to ther brands in this class of television.

The device is functioning properly and I am adequately satisfied. I have even found that not having an active antenna connected to the device has not hindered regular television channel reception.

Suited my purposes exactly. I needed to replace a Sharp Roku HD tv. This one plugged right in and used my legacy connections. As a bonus I got UHD, which I don't really need. The price was right (on sale!)

At this price point i am fully satisfied with the image quality and smart features of this tv. Is it an OLED or QLED quality tv? Of course not but thats why youre paying less.

I like this tv. I bought it for my bedroom so usually just watch it at night. I feel that the picture isn't as "sharp" as my main tv, but It might be a little better than when I first got it.

I love my new TV. Puchase was quick & easy online. Pick-up was easy. Set up was simple. Price was gewat!

Great tv! Can’t say anything bad about it. Resolution is great, features are all there, perfect bed room tv or small apartment tv.

My daughter loves everything about this TV. I bought it for her room so I haven’t used it, but she said it’s the best TV ever.

Honestly pretty good, only thing to complain about is the placement of the mute button on the side directly under the volume buttons.

The TV is OK. However, the picture on the webpage showing the back panel for this unit shows 4 HDMI and 2 USB connections. When we received this TV, we found out that it has only 3 HDMI and 1 USB connections. We went back to check the written specs and they said 3 HDMIs and "USB Port(s): Yes" which is not specific. We will be much more careful in the future, but the picture is highly misleading.

Biggest Pro: Edgeless design is nice for a 4K TV at this price point. Biggest Con: My unit has a couple of dead pixels. But maybe I'm just unlucky?

Roku tv’s are my favorite as of right now and this one in 4k for the price is great

Its a decent tv. The back connecting holes for mounting are different than expected so i had to buy a different mount.

Did not last long,screen died and it was returned to the store
