Sound Issues

It is incredibly annoying and unfortunately seems to be a common issue with this tv. If the issue had started before the return period ended I would have definitely returned it. Don’t waste your money.

Dont buy from bestbuy

Bestbuy will hang you out to dry when the tv stops working. Roku tv is a joke, hisense is not a reliable brand. BUYER BE AWARE

Hisense TV

“Average” budget TV at its best

Super slim and not clunky, which is nice. However, I’ve had nothing but issues with the Roku/Hisense software since I’ve bought this thing. Internet connection will be lost frequently (once a week). Apps refuse to connect (once a week). Restarting the TV seems to always do the trick but don’t expect this to be anything more then your “average” cost-efficient flat screen.

Disappointed

You shouldn't have to buy a soundbar to listen to your TV. The picture colors are so dark. Have to continue to see if there is some kind of adjustment that I haven't found yet. I guess you get what you pay for. Would not recommend purchase to anyone.

Colors look more neon than natural

Colors are too florescent. The red especially is too bright. Even the men look like they have on red lipstick or their mouths are bleeding. No matter what i do with the color options, it doesn't help.

No setup, no support, no more TV

After getting a roku remote to be able to finish the setup, connect to wifi, download an update for it, it wouldn't move past the language selection again. Support was not good from my standpoint and from my research, I'm not along. Best Buy was great on the return and I purchased a different brand. So far very happy with it. It works!

My Roku TV Purchase

The technology in the Roku TV are has been updated significantly. I have an older Roku TV in another room, but this be TV surpasses the old one in looks, ease of setup, and in the technology used in the new Roku TV. Not only is every channel crystal clear, but the technology used in the operating system quickly recognizes other peripherals connected to it and offers the best setup solution. I am very pleased and highly recommended this product.

Quality at a good price

Not too heavy for the wall mount, has a good picture no matter the viewing angle. Clear picture, easy on screen adjustments. Already had a roku for the other tv, so to have Roku already loaded was quite the convenience!

Best with sound bar had this one for 2 yrs before itnwould notbstsrt up judt black screen. But. It was on 24/7 forvthose 2 yrs buyt had geek insurance. Got tv rrplaced for free. Came in took old left new. Was worth the ind cost. Even though others 4k cheaper. But few use roku. Get roku pro remote. Can assign 2 channels of your choice. Has earphone jack when used turns off tv sound to earphones forborivste listening. Works well. Youll get more from tv usingnit normally. Not neverbshutting itboff.
