It’s a great, low cost, 4K TV, but I don’t like that the built-in Roku doesn’t return to the full screen for the input last used when you power it On. I have to use the supplied TV remote to just press OK and then I can do everything else with my RCN TiVo remote.

Honestly nothing is wrong with it. It's great. Looks great. Perfect size and it's super good for its price considering it's a smart TV. Only thing is it didnt come with a remote but that was easy to find.

This TV is basically a plug and play. After I plugged it in there were a few prompts on the screen that did everything. It recognized the Blu-Ray player and asked me to verify what it detected. Once that was done it was time to watch TV.

Bought this TV to replace one I damaged during a move, and I love it more than the TV I had to replace. Picture is great and Roku functionality is awesome. HDR games and movies are simply amazing on this TV, you won't be disappointed.

I am an older woman and found the Hisense TC was easy to connect and set up the channels. Switching to ROKU from google chrome was a breeze. I'm enjoying using the voice commands. Glad I made this purchase.

Bought this TV just to jump to the 4k, so far great images, good apps, the only thing it's that this TV does not have any buttons to control volume or channel functions, so you can not lose the remote, other than that just love it.

Very nice picture and my only comment is that the remote is very basic. Most things have to be changed in the settings, like closed captions.

I have had this TV for a couple years and it's been great so far. Picture quality is very good. Sound is decent for this level of TV. I would purchase again if available.

Hooked up to AT&T Uverse but Roku definitely wants to be in charge. Still learning how to operate it but seems like a good tv for the guest bedroom. Nice picture and decent sound (without a sound bar), especially for the price.

Excellent TV for the money. While I am not a huge fan of Roku it was an easy setup. I added a firestick and antenna and have everything I need. Picture quality is decent and sound is fine.

Nice picture, channels stream nicely. Great deal and customer service was EXCEPTIONAL!! There were some issues, and they went above and beyond to make it work!!! Love BEST BUY STORE #26!!!

My wife and I gave my daughter this TV for her college apartment move in. She didn't have cable yet so I hooked-up Apple TV and used my phone for a hot spot and Netflix popped up with no problems. Thanks Best Buy.

New to smart tv and world of streaming, but this TV offers it all 'ROKU' no extra tech needed, The picture and sound quality are great which makes this tv a great value for the $$'s spent

We're very happy with our purchase of this Roku tv for our kids room. Set up was easy. I installed on the wall. Got a great deal and would recommend if you're in the market for entry level tv.

Spoke a great deal with in-store personnel and settled on this Hisense product. Very pleased with this purchase. Not used for gaming - can't comment on that. Easy to set up and connect to all apps and such.

Good help from the Salesman to help me sort through the options. Easy to get going ,real simple ,no installation. Will be getting the Geeks to help me with the Firestick voice remote.

I have used this TV for about 5 months or so. Easy to set up. Very good picture. the smart features are great. I am very pleased with this buy. And Best Buy had a great price. It even beat Amazon.

TV was purchased for my daughter and to have a 4k TV for such a good price is awesome. She loves the TV and have played and watch hours on it.

I like Roku more than I thought. I really like Hisense tv’s they work well and have a great picture. The speakers are loud and I don’t seem to need a sound bar. My daughter loves it.
