Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I gave it two stars, and the reason being is one we specifically said that we didn’t want chords we wanted Bluetooth. It actually came with really big fat power cords for the little tiny speakers. Number two it was extremely easy to install, but within three days the little speakers And the sub decided it did not want to stay Bluetooth and would not find the sound bar so we ended up returning it and I upgraded to a more expensive one. It was a Yamaha and honestly that one had way better sound and number three when we called regarding questions on why it was not connecting and why we were having the issues we could not get to anyone that spoke English And geek squad wouldn’t even deal with us unless we brought it back in or they had to come to our house

However the sound bar shut off for no reason during the program. At least once it twice a day. Have to shut down the whole TV system and turn back on to restore the sound bar. Very annoying.

Owned for 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.First off, the items are sleek and look great, sound is decent and works good in a small room, but for a bedroom application, this does not work, the rears have blue lights that flash when everything is turned off, sync with HDMI arc seems to confuse the system and depending on your inputs, it will auto turn on over and over till you unplug it. Theres no adjustment for audio levels on sub or surrounds, all in all, figuring out the issues just isnt worth the sound or price, the vizio units are just much better and have lest lag to adjust, id steer clear of this unit at the 350 price

You can use the remote to change the rear surround volume by pressing the surround button for 2-3 seconds, then use volume button to change surround volume. Good budget soundbar and speakers

Owned for 3 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Let me say where I made the mistake with this and I have other high sense products is I didn’t buy the geek squad protection so just a little over three months and the earc stopped working. It is now just cost me another $128 to ship it to high sense for them to repair it so the total cost would be $428. When it worked it worked awesome don’t know why it stopped. I have another sound bar at TCL I plugged it in and it worked and booted up without a hitch so lesson learned when buying something that is over $100 make sure you get the geek squad protection now they would’ve shipped it off to get fixed in the same manner except I wouldn’t have had to pay $128 for shipping as far as the product itself. It worked great up in until it didn’t
