    Surround Sound quality is excellent. However the sound bar shut off for no reason during the program. At least once it twice a day. Have to shut down the whole TV system and turn back on to restore the sound bar. Very annoying.

    Let me say where I made the mistake with this and I have other high sense products is I didn’t buy the geek squad protection so just a little over three months and the earc stopped working. It is now just cost me another $128 to ship it to high sense for them to repair it so the total cost would be $428. When it worked it worked awesome don’t know why it stopped. I have another sound bar at TCL I plugged it in and it worked and booted up without a hitch so lesson learned when buying something that is over $100 make sure you get the geek squad protection now they would’ve shipped it off to get fixed in the same manner except I wouldn’t have had to pay $128 for shipping as far as the product itself. It worked great up in until it didn’t

    I was excited about the value of this soundbar, with 5.1.2 and atmos, and wireless surrounds (important for my setup) but unfortunately I only get delayed audio if I do any type of Dolby output from my Xbox and TV. Uncompressed 5.1 seems to work, but still buggy sometimes. Kind of defeats a large selling point for me (atmos at a good price). Perhaps the slight delay won’t happen for everyone’s setup, or perhaps you won’t even notice, but for me it’s too much. I regret I didn’t put it through its paces while within my return window.

    Product, has great sound and love the rear wireless speakers. As for the mounting less the desired very cheap. I ended up buying a separate mounting kit

    I read reviews and it gave me high hopes for this soundbar and sub. You can barely hear the sub even at max. I was replacing a samsung soundbar but I am returning this one tomorrow. Not sure what I will get next.

    This sound system is fantasic. Movies and shows with dolby atmos have been so exciting and catches me off gaurd with the little sounds all around. Love this. Set up was a little trick with bluetooth pairing but worth it.

    Integrates with Roku seamlessly. Doesn't allow for individual speaker testing or adjustments. I would prefer a bit more sound out of the satellite speakers. Sub sounds good though.

    Works fairly well, however, the rear speakers don't seem to have a lot of presence when the entire unit is on. It might be our TV, which is an older smart TV, or the reception we get.
