Rear speakers are unusable

Hissing, scratching, crackling, etc. Tried re-pairing to the soundbar and doing a factory reset but no luck. Unacceptable unless you plan on using just the front bar. Returned for another brand.

Remote interference with tv

Rear speakers developed static sound

Have not had a chance to contact technical support yet to see if there is a way to eliminate it. The static is not very loud but noticeable due to the placement of speakers and seating in the room

Buyer be ware, static.

With hopes to eliminate the static sound from the rear speakers. Hiesene site seemed to not have any software updates or even the model. I'm left wondering if I spent my money wisely. It's sound okay but nothing over the top. I feel helpless and feel I have the bar set up correctly. Ffffml?

Rear surround speakers hum and buzz

No matter which of the EQ modes selected. Even turning the Surround Sound off, the rear speakers still have an annoying hum. Don't know if these are defective speakers or it is a problem with the soundbar's amplifier. Either way, don't purchase this item.

Not good
