When it works!

I purchased one for my rv, and when it worked, wow it sounded fantastic. The trouble is, the connection would constantly cut off. I returned it. I was so impressed by the sound, I took a chance and bought one for the condo. Unfortunately the same thing happened. So the second on went back. If you take a chance on this unit, good luck, when it works its fantastic.

Static in rear speakers

Completely ruined by white noise and static sound constantly. Tried moving speakers around different outlet, made sure nothing was around could make interference. Returning and trying something else.. such a shame

Speakers don't pair reliably.

The subwoofer and surround speakers pair, then unpair, and can't pair again. It is supposed to work automatically. It doesn't. Returning this crap for something that actually works.

Stopped working under a month! Garbage!

Garbage

Not good signal connection

Worse then the cheapest speakers

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I didn't know that this was only a 15 day window of return, I bought this as a birthday present for my dad and how impressing was it to hook it up and there was a loud static noise coming out of the speaker to where you can't even hear the movie at all and then I said I'll exchange it don't worry dad and I find out that it's not able to return because it's past the 15 day mark... this is ridiculous, I paid more money for better speakers or so I thought!

Waste of my time and money

I switched to bluetooth and that worked fine for awhile but now it has a severe lag when watching movies. I connected my ear buds and did not experience a lag with them and concluded it was the speakers that are the problem.

Don’t do it if you have an Xbox X

I tried running my Xbox X through it and kept getting issues with screen tearing/black screen. Long story short I eventually routed input through optical and now it works fine. Very disappointed, having a U8K tv I’m very pleased with but highly disappointed Hisense has dropped the ball with their “flagship” sound bar/surround offering. Going to test with fresh hdmi 2.1 cables but I don’t foresee it fixing the issue. Will be returning for an alternative from another manufacturer that can hopefully keep up.
