    I read reviews about the drop off rate of the picture but I still was not expecting such a drastic change of picture quality from just a couple degrees of movement from dead center. Everything turns ghostly. Also dealing with their warranty department was a huge hassle.

    There is a lot of lag with the google tv. It hesitates when connecting to the internet.. decent picture just wish it didn’t lag.

    Unfortunately, the TV arrived broken. Though I was going into the Matrix when I turned the TV on. Either it was dropped in shipping, or someone returned it to Best Buy for the same reason, and no one actually looked at the return and sent it to me.

    Best Buy rep talked me into buujng this tv in December of 2025. March 2025 the screen is messed up. Contacted Hisense and sent them a picture. They claimed it was not a manufacturing issue and would not warranty. Wish I would have stuck with Samsung.

    after 6 months, Lines burned into the Screen, it just burned the first 1 after 6 months then the 2 line a year later.. Now its really bad

    The picture on this TV is great! You can adjust and fine tune an enormous amount of aspects of the picture. Super light and easy to set up for such a large TV. Great to watch telenovelas with the family.

    it was so easy to set up, I cut the cord about 1 1/2 years ago this Hisense tv was truly easy to set up and scan in a few minutes I had a total 57 channels crystal clear not counting apps and Roku and other apps I have no cable BILL !! and I am LOVING IT !!!! I used my sons basketball hoop put an extension poll about 30 feet high and boy did it pay off bigtime.

    I fought with going with a more expensive or different brand tv for a while. I am glad I got this one as it looks and sounds great. It boots up fast, all my movie apps are on it. It is also really great when when I play my PS5 and have no tearing or lag.
