Great Android TV

The only thing I think they could do better on is increasing the onboard storage capacity. The work around to that is buying a USB storage stick.

Tv needs an update

I don’t care for the format. After 5 weeks I started getting error messages. “Storage space is running out “ and Cannot connect to Netflix. Can not connect to Disney plus. I called hi sense and they said I’d get a fix via email download. That was two days ago. How long does it take to email an update. And why an update is needed on a new tv. I’m glad others are happy w their purchase. But I’m not. Perhaps I’ll get the update fix it all SOON.

Is very slow

Horrible, disastrous return and exchange policies

The TV arrived seriously damaged in two locations. I didn't even bother plugging it in. I called to exchange the item. I had ordered it online and had it delivered to the local store, so after TWO hours of holding on the phone and requesting that the replacement be shipped to my home (it would have been free shipping anyway if I'd ordered it new online), they told me that I had to return it to the store (almost 30 minutes away). This is not an item stocked at my store, so I'd have to order the replacement again and then make yet another trip to the store! Why they couldn't just sent me a return label and ship a replacement is beyond understanding. I will never use BestBuy again. For them to think I'd go through two hours of phone time and 3 hours of driving if a TV is damaged is stunning.

Dissapointed it didnt last

Owned for 1 year when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The tV was good but it went out the board messed up on me and they told me they cant get this one in the other one they tried to replace they didnt have that either and they lied and kept delaying my process. The TV was good before it went out in 1.5 years. I dont even watch tv all the time it was because the board messed up on me and it got stuck on the logo screen.

Good picture, but would not go full screen

Tried several different aspects and then called geek squad. Turned out to have a bad video card and had to return it. Not even a week out of the box. Guess that happens sometimes, but very inconvenient. Geek Squad and Best Buy were great though and stood behind the product providing me with a replacement. Still inconvenient, but great customer service from the Best Buy crew.

HORRIBLE

I have had to restart the tv...the apps don't work at ALL, the remote stops working out of the blue, my firestick won't work on the TV...this is a horrible TV...I started to leave it at the store when I saw d wade on the box because I knew anything he was a spokesperson for would be garbage. DON'T BYE THIS TV

Second guess yourself when you're thinking about i

So there's two choices replace it or repair it. And I'm thinking I might just have to replace it. The television was good until a few days ago.

Cheap Television ... I got what I paid for ...

Power supply broke after a year and the TV needed to be replaced. 2. Every once in a while, the TV would stop functioning. The power was on, and fresh batteries were in the remote, but the TV stayed frozen at the menu. I had to unplug the TV for a few seconds, and then replug, before the TV's functions resumed. This went form every once ina while to every couple of days. In all fairness, While the TV worked, it was great! I may have simply gotten a faulty unit (eventhe best brands have them), and the rest of the units are fine. Cheap TV? Simply a bad unit? You can decide for yourself before you buy one with YOUR money on this model TV.
