Posted .Hello Sunny, Thank you for your interest in the 50H6570G. We're sorry to hear that you are having issues with your television freezing up and having to restart the unit to get it to work. Please perform a factory reset on the television by going to Settings>Storage & Reset>Factory Data Reset. The television will then shut off and after coming back on will prompt you to set up the TV like when it was just out of box. off angle viewing was horrendous. okay features.

Bought Twice Screen Busted Out of the Box

I ordered online on the first purchase and had it delivered to my local store. I took it to my mom's condo a few days later, and after unboxing it the screen was busted on the right side. I returned it to the store and had them order me another unit. I picked it up back on Monday and took the new unit down to my mom's condo this afternoon. I took it out of the box and did a quick inspection and found the screen was busted on this unit as well; and it was on the right side as well which also split out to the center of the screen. I returned the TV to Best Buy and bought a different brand.
