    I believe the product was good for the price. However, if you are looking for a higher quality you might have to look for something else. Sometimes it turn off and restarts by itself.

    After 1 year and 1 week of light use, the TV stopped turning on. Seems like a dead power supply. The best part? Hisense has a 1 year warranty and refused to provide any support even just 1 week after the warranty ended. If that's not a sign of a low quality company selling low quality products, I don't know what is. I am hoping they revisit my case and reconsider this decision. I'd love to change my review if so, but otherwise stay far away from this TV and anything else sold by Hisense.

    Only worked for one week!

    Unlike the Hisense 55 inch, the 50 inch lacks quality. It worked for one week. It started self downloading and the screen went black afterwards. We returned it to Best buy and they could not figure out what was wrong. So it was returned. I will buy the 55 if I can get it again. This product is assembled in a very cheap manner. Please note where it is imported from as well. As they say, you get what you pay for.

    Its a nice tv. But something is wrong with mine. It lags, and loses wifi a lot. It also had to be unplugged for a while b.c it froze :[ Such a hassle

    Terrible product. Went to black after a year. Purchased the two-year peak squad guarantee has been waiting more than a month for delivery. Have waited over an hour on the telephone and then lied to by everyone I’ve spoken with. They won’t let me talk with the general manager of the store saying I have to go there in person. Do not buy this television or their service

    Showing problems after being on for an hour or so. Gets an interlaced looking picture after the tv warms up and gets a nasty flicker across middle of the screen. Served it’s purpose which was a cheap temporary tv in my temporary apartment while working out of town. I guess the upside to this purchase is its a throwaway. I don’t have to haul it home.

    If I could give this minus 10 stars I would. Purchased it in July and it just quit working 10 months later in May. Piece of crap...DO NOT BUY THIS. My son had a Hisense that lasted forever, but I guess they got skimpy now. Anyway....save your money.

    The TV was slow whenever I wanted to change apps or change the volume. It'd randomly restart on it's own. Not what I was expecting for this tv.

Please try performing a factory reset on the unit as this normally fixes most common issues. Please perform a factory reset on the television by going to Settings>Device Preferences>Reset. The television will then shut off and after coming back on will prompt you to set up the TV like when it was just out of box.     TV is incomplete, doesn't have control, instructions, stands and was a surprise and I was the surprised one when I opened, tell me what to do because the driving was very long and feel very unsatisied.

    Takes longer to boot up than my PC from 1996. Controls switching between inputs takes minutes not seconds. Spend $50 more and get a TCL or Samsung or LG. Avoid this hot pile of garbage.
