    After 3 years the tv won’t turn on I’m so mad now I gotta go buy another tv

    Just in general this TV isn't all around that great. It has an amazing price range great for playing console games on but overall in general usage it's pretty subpar the automatic sound and video optimization is insanely random for the most part and on top of that you'll be in the middle of a movie/video and out of nowhere the volume goes from blasting or normal then negative. The response time compared to other TVs I've had including a 43 I'm Fire TV I have aswell it gets left in the dust unfortunately. Tried turning off this automatic optimization feature but soon then after the tv itself started to have functioning issues and No I am not calling tech support to tell me unplug my Tv for 30 seconds after being on hold for about 15 minutes no thank you. Now like I said before this tv works perfectly fine when I am playing games on console but this review is solely on the Tv and not using an extension or device connected to it . Also my internet speed is 150 Mbps so It can't be connection problems either .

    Buyer Beware!

    Absolute worst purchase I have ever made! I purchased this model TV two years ago and then the malfunction began--black screen, no sound, red light staying on and not turning off. I went through all the troubleshooting tips except for pressing the reset button. I contacted Hisense USA to ask where it was located only to be told this model doesn't have one!!! Of course, it is out of the warranty period. I have never had to have a TV repaired before, ever. This kind of "junk" should never have been allowed in the US unless it has a free warranty for at least five years.

    Alexa integration doesn't work

    I have set up the alexa integration 3 times, and it works great for a few hours, but then stops working almost entirely. The only thing it can do is turn off the tv. It won't turn on the tv, change volume/input, nothing. The Alexa skill review page has 100's of reviews about this exact issue but no official word from hisense.

    50” Hisense tv

    Do NOT buy this tv! The worse tv I’ve owned in 72 years! Has a mind of its own. Changes sound output from theater to music all by itself. Also picture is dull! That old cliche “you get what you pay for” applies here! Should have applied this money towards a good name brand tv as I did in the past.

Please perform a factory reset on the television by going to Settings>Device Preferences>Reset. The television will then shut off and after coming back on will prompt you to set up the TV like when it was just out of box.
