WHEN IT WORKS, the picture is beautiful. Deep blacks, bright and vibrant picture... Unfortunately, it misbehaves with alarming regularity. Sometimes it won't turn on. Sometimes it just locks up hard. Sometimes the screen goes blank. The fix is always to unplug it, wait 30 seconds, and plug it back in. Oh, it'll work for a while after that, but then I'm back to unplugging it again before a week or so goes by. Don't even THINK about calling HiSense tech support. Rude, uncooperative, and completely lacking in knowledge of their own product. If you're looking for a good smart tv, look elsewhere.

Please perform a factory reset on the television by going to Settings>Device Preferences>Reset. The television will then shut off and after coming back on will prompt you to set up the TV like when it was just out of box. The only reason I knocked off a star is because I’ve had to restart it about 5 times in less than a month (unplug and plug back in). The sound is also a little weird; music in movies/tv shows is loud and then dialogue is way softer. This may be the nature of these types of tvs? I’m not sure. I’m overall very pleased with my purchase!

I have an iPhone X and love using my iPhone with this TV. I have not tried my Chromecast with this product just yet, but I plan to very soon! I think having a Chromecast will elevate my experience. Images are sharp and the sound quality is booming!

I did a lot of research before selecting this TV. No other TV or brand came close to this one in size or price that also had AndroidTV/Chromecast. If you like this format, you'll love this TV. If not familiar, it's easy to learn. In my opinion much better and updated than Roku. I love the voice controlled remote. FYI: My first unit was delivered damaged. I immediately called BB, they were super helpful. They send me a return label and shipped new TV out without delay. I received a few days later.

Picture is amazing! After spend some time with settings sound is best I've ever found on a flat screen TV. Dolby vision HDR10 +. You will not find a better TV with these features and quality for the price!

Problems With WiFi

Don't get me wrong the included apps & picture is great, but it keeps self disconnecting from WiFi. It's extremely frustrating having to exit what we're watching and turn WiFi off and turn it back on. Also the select button on the remote sometimes stops working completely. I wish the would have happened when I first bought it so I could have returned it within the time frame.

This is no more acceptable to us than it is to you, please perform a factory reset by going to settings>>device preferences>>factory reset. Also reset the internet router. I was able to download an APK app to setup an IPTV service and it worked flawlessly. I used the Ethernet port and absolutely no buffering. Picture quality is amazing. Highly recommend this tv, especially when it’s on sale.
