I cant turn it off, lower the volume, pause or stop what I'm watching in the apps. I have to unplug the TV so that it can reset and start to work again. Other than that its worth what I spent on it.

Terrible, laggy and freezes.

Takes a couple minutes before I can actually navigate the icons. Very slow to load any app. Sometimes freezes and you have to disconnect it from the power to get it to restart. Hulu app is the worst, multiple issues with video and audio sync. I have factory reset this tv twice and it gets better for like a day. You will get warnings that the storage is full, so you have to delete cache or apps you have loaded to make room. I have firetvs that work 10x better than this one. I am not sure if the issue lies in the android tv os or the hardware of the actual tv.

This is no more acceptable to us than it is to you. This issue can be fixed via a software update. Please go to Settings> Device Preferences> About> System Update.
