We got it up on the wall and turned on before we saw the spider web looking screen. I called customer service and they told me to take back and then they would refund it and then we could order another one. We did and had it as a pick up at store instead of delivery. It was great, no problem with this one. It works great and the refund went through quickly so I could order the new one.
