Very unhappy

I paid for Geek Squad to cover the warranty longer. We have to wait 2 weeks for someone to come out. Our satellite repair man said it was the HDMI board (where everything external is plugged in). Now 1 week after reporting this, our sound shuts itself off (we purchased a sound bar) and we can get NO sound by unplugging the sound bar. The tv is changing channels itself. We are very unpleased with this purchase!

Not the best not the worst

I see it pixelating at times when I’m watching videos. Not sure what causes that. I hope it doesn’t get worse but otherwise it seems okay.

The television REFUSES TO BROADCAST IN UHD / 4K, I called GeekSquad and was informed that I would have to contact hisense, at which time I did and after 12/13 attempts to have a technician come out to check, Customer service is By Far THE MOST INCOMPETENT GROUP OF INDIVIDUALS I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED. THREE MONTHS LATER AND STILL NO RESOLUTION, SO I THOUGHT I WOULD GIVE IT ONE MORE CHANCE AND YES..........STILL INCOMPETENT, I FINALLY WAS TRANSFERRED TO A SUPERVISOR WHO ALONG WITH C.S.,WAS NOT LISTENING TO WHAT THE ISSUE IS AND THEN STATED THAT IT WOULD HAVE TO BE ESCALATED TO YET ANOTHER DEPT., AT WHICH TIME I INFORMED THE SECOND 'GATE KEEPER' THAT I WOULD JUST RETURN THE T.V. BACK TO B.B., AND BLAST HISENSE ON SOCIAL MEDIA FOR THE LACK OF LISTENING AND CONTINUED IGNORANCE OF JUST SENDING A TECHNICIAN OUT TO "CORRECT", THE ISSUE NO PUN TOWARDS B.B., A BIG SHOUT-OUT TO HISENSE FOR FAILED SERVICE ( TO WHICH IM SURE I AM NOT THE ONLY ONE ). P.S. I INFORMED C.S., THAT IT IS NOT A SOFWARE ISSUE BUT AN INTERNAL ISSUE, AND ON TWO SEPARATE OCCASIONS C.S. Wish I would not have bought this tv

Even after many adjustments, the picture quality is horrible. It is not the cable company because they have been out and have done many tests. There are lines that show up when changing the channels. Per the cable company the tv is giving of high amount of power. Not a fan of this tv. Definitely not worth paying the amount for the quality give.

Tv missing remote no help from best buy

Terrible TV

The first one I ordered stopped working about 2 weeks after the Best Buy no return date. I had to deal with Hisense and they quickly replaced the tv with a new one. The second TV picture freezes from time to time and you have to unplug it to get it back working. 2 TV's with different issues - not good.

Don’t get mislead by google documentation
