    Do not buy this tv. The apps are slowwww. Every single time you start streaming an episode you have to restart it or rewind and play constantly to get the audio to sync up or to even get the video to play. Often we have to unplug the whole TV and hard restart it to even be able to turn on the TV with both the remote and the button on the TV itself. We have had the TV for 6 months+ and have troubleshooted it every way possible with no help. The audio constantly reverts to surround on netflix so every single episode we have to change it just to be able to hear. It's garbage. We have a chromecast on the way hoping to divert the "smart". Don't. Buy. It. These are all easily googled problems and are well known by the manufacturer with 0 solution.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and frustration this has caused. Please perform a factory reset on the television by going to Settings>Device Preferences>Reset. The television will then shut off and after coming back on will prompt you to set up the TV like when it was just out of box.
