Remote Control Input Lag
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.My overall experience with this TV is wonderful, with one glaring exception. When I use the Remote Control to adjust the volume or select the "Home" button there is a l-o-n-g delay between my depressing the button and any action resulting. This is especially noticeable with the volume. Often, I must depress the button, wait 5 or 6 seconds, then maybe the volume will adjust. Sometimes not. It is quite frustrating. The "Mute" button is affected, also. Also, if I am trying to watch a video on my Flash Drive plugged into the USB Port, there is a long lg in pressing any button input and and action with the TV. I have replaced the batteries with high quality ones, all to no avail. Occasionally, when nothing seems to work I simply turn off the TV and restart it. Then, it usually functions in the slow mode again, but never functions properly.

Good bargain

This TV's over air tuner seems to not be working well, depending on the time, some channels fade in and out. It maybe due to my indoor antenna. The over air free channels I do receive have a great picture 480, 720 and a few are 1080p.

Ok entry level 4K TV

I got several years of use out of it, though it never had great blacks and exhibits fairly bad blooming. As of Sep 2023 the screen has developed a blue tint to it, so I’m replacing it with a new Hisense ULED TV. This was an entry level tv at the time I bought it, and Hisense TVs are very inexpensive compared to other brands, so I figure 5 years use is pretty good.

Best Tv for money

I see 1080p tvs for much more than this and this TV just pops when you turn it on. Is it full upscale hdr? No probably not you'd have to put down a few grand for that right now. The colors and shadowing are much better then on a normal 1080p tv or even a normal 4K. Gaming works well on this tv. I plugged in my friends Xbox one s and it blew me away. For 399$ it's a steal.If your looking for a tv that looks great get this one. Only con for some people would be it's a very simplistic smart tv. There's not a ton of apps so it's not great for a total entertainment center.

Best TV I've ever owned!

I love everything about this tv. Clearest picture I've ever seen before. Worth every penny.

This television is the best I have ever owned . its better than all the rest. trust me.

I’ve had tv for about a year & the only buttons that work are power and channel up/down. AlI can do on tv and remote is turn on/off and change channel, one channel at a time. Going through every channel to get to what I want. Shows beautiful color, but so does a Light Bright.

TERRIBLE SERVICE/DOES NOT HONOR WARRANTY

We spent a month submitting all the requested information to them only to be told it was an internal crack and they would not accept under our one year warranty. They diagnosed the crack by a cell photo. No crack is visible on our TV. They say it is internal and can magically tell this from a pic. We paid $500+ for a tv and got 4 months use out of it. Do NOT buy Hisense.

Problems from the start and not getting better
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.From the start, this TV was a problem. The remote went through batteries like crazy. Turned out the light was always on. Contacted HiSense and they said they would send one out, should have in 3-5 days. Two weeks later, I chatted to ask where it was. It had never been sent out. New remote worked fine. Watching TV tonight, OTA channels went off suddenly. All of them. Streaming worked and other TVs had OTA channels.. Unplugged the set, the OTA channels returned. The Smart TV part is weak. Vewd doesn't offer many apps, had to use my old Roku. Strongly recommend a better Smart platform and different brand.

Not true HDR
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.After having this tv for over a year now I have noticed multiple issues. Including HDR looks terrible almost looks as if its SD at times when HDR is active. Turned hisense "advanced HDMI functions"off and everything looks much better. How they name it in the menu proves this tv is not true HDR. After a bit of research I discovered this tv does not have true HDR. If you want a 4k set that will look slightly better than 1080 get you one of these. Now if you really want to experience 4K and true HDR you need to select something better.

Junk. Don't buy Hisence televisions

The parts installed did not fix the television now they want me to package the television and send it back to them so they can attempt to fix it. So I am without a television for over two weeks waiting for the repairman and now going to be another two weeks sending the thing back and seeing if they can fix it. So one month without the television for their problem. Never again!!!! Don't buy Hisence!!!!!

Straight TRASH

I have a 40inch in my room that's been working just fine but clearly this brand can't handle all the new features.. stick to making basic tv's.. Will never buy this brand AGAIN.. I will be returning this today (less than 24 hrs of purchase) wasted my time smh

Then, now it got worse that I can’t tolerate myself. When you power up shows a black screen. When I tried to open youtube it will show an error at least 10 times. My internet works good with all other devices except Hisense. I made a complain that my tv has a poor connection of internet. After that, they came in my house and examine that internet works good with all other devices except Hisense TV. It stops with loading message while streaming videos. I paid almost $400 and then after a year i feel i have done a great mistake buying it. Please please do not buy this tv by looking its cheaper price.

If you don’t wanna have a TV that breaks and wait two weeks to even have someone respond, then by all means by this TV. Poor quality, poor customer service, NOT WORTH IT!!! Hope no one has to find out like I did that this company is terrible!!!!!!
